These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of bookloy.com, including browsing our catalog, purchasing printed or digital books, and subscribing to a Bookloy reading plan. By using Bookloy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create a Bookloy account or make a purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing an order.
Bookloy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Payments can be made through bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, or card. All payments are processed securely by these third-party providers.
Prices listed on the Site are in Bangladeshi Taka and may change without prior notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your order.

3. Delivery of Printed Books

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier availability.
Risk of loss or damage to a printed book passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. Bookloy is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

4. Digital Books and Library Access

Digital books purchased individually remain accessible in your account indefinitely, subject to these Terms.
Digital books are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share access to digital books or your account with others.
Bookloy may use technical measures to protect digital content from unauthorized copying or distribution.

5. Subscription Plans

Bookloy subscriptions grant access to our full digital catalog, including titles added during your active subscription period, for as long as your subscription remains active.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to subscription-only content ends at that time.
Refunds for subscription charges are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials or subscription access with anyone else.
Copy, extract, redistribute, or publish digital book content obtained through Bookloy.
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or download content from the Site.
Attempt to bypass any access control or content protection measure on the Site.
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, design, logos, and the Bookloy name, is the property of Bookloy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Book content sold on the Site remains the property of the respective authors and publishers. Bookloy provides a licensed platform for access and does not claim ownership of book content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bookloy provides the Site and Services on an as-is basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookloy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

Bookloy may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the Services.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund for any active subscription period already paid for.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
